Health & Safety Inspections

Every employer has a duty of care to ensure the Health and Safety of their employees and anyone that may be affected by their operations. To help you comply with the law, HSE encourages a common-sense and practical approach to managing health and safety that follows the Plan, Do, Check and Act cycle INDG275(rev1).

Our Process

Our Health and Safety inspections include:

A site walk around to spot the hazards

02.

A desktop review of the compliance documentation

03.

Engagement of the operatives about their work and the risk associated with it and seek their feedback and suggestions on how to improve.

04.

Discussions with the project teams to gain an understanding of the work activities, project plans and constraints

05.

The identification of Health and Safety or Environmental issues

06.

Advise on how to maintain or improve the required Health and Safety standards

07.

A formal record of the inspection on the agreed template that is communicated to the wider project
team to ensure that the findings of the report are understood and actionable
